5. Prices
Prices on Casinord are shown in Indian Rupees and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs will be clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to product prices.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable is the one shown to you at the time you place your order.
If an obviously incorrect price is displayed on the Website and not corrected before your order is completed, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made, even if the order appeared to go through initially.
6. Availability
We will do our best to fulfill your order once it is placed and paid for.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed and paid, we will refund the price paid for that product within 10 days of payment date.
If some items in your order are temporarily unavailable, we may ship available items first and follow up with outstanding items later. We will refund shipping fees for the unshipped portion, where applicable.
If an unavailable product cannot be supplied permanently, we may offer a replacement of similar value and quality. If you accept the replacement and later return it under our Return policy, return postage will be covered by us. If you decline the replacement and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will refund the price of the unavailable product.
7. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address you specify at the time of ordering.
Delivery is within India only; we do not deliver outside India.
We make reasonable efforts to meet indicated delivery times but are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third‑party carriers, you, or unforeseen events including Acts of God.
If a package is not received, we will conduct an investigation with the carrier, which may take several days. During investigation, reimbursement or re‑delivery may be delayed or paused.
8. Right of return
You have 15 days from delivery to return a product if you are not satisfied.
Returns are at your own expense, and should include the invoice and a completed, signed returns form or coupon.
We request that merchandise be sent by registered post and insured for its value, to protect against loss or damage during transport.
Shipping fees for returns remain the customer’s responsibility.
Returns qualify for refund only if the product is returned in original, complete condition. Products that are damaged, not in original packaging, or whose packaging shows wear beyond normal opening will not be refunded.
Deadlines are counted from the date of receipt of the order.
Reimbursements
If a product is returned within 7 days of delivery, reimbursement will be made via the same payment method used for purchase.
9. Privacy and personal data
The information you provide is essential for order processing, delivery, billing, and warranty. Failure to provide required details may result in order cancellation.
By registering on the Website, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. Providing false information violates these Terms.
